Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your part arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. To file a claim, send an email to [email protected], including clear photos of the packaging and the damaged parts.

Important: Claims made after 5 days will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued and shipping price is not refunded.

Refund Process: Refunds will only be processed once the damaged parts are returned to the supplier. Please ensure the parts are returned in their original condition for a full refund to be considered.
